You will be given a unique passcode 2 days before your arrival. This code will only work during only during your stay and will expire upon checkout. Detailed instructions can be found on the House Access page.
This home comfortably sleeps 12 with one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room equipped with 3 queen size bunk beds.
Only registered guests that are spending the night in the home are allowed to attend a celebration. AirBnb has a very strict no party ban in place. Find more information here.
We do offer early or late check-in when available for a fee. Send a message to inquire at casadelriola@gmail.com. Confirmation cannot be given until 1 day prior to your stay.
Casa Del Rio is located in a residential neighborhood, and we ask that you respect our neighbors by listening to music at a reasonable volume and adhering to all of the house rules.
